Job summary
Salary: The payment rates for this role are a shift retainer of £30.56 Monday - Friday and £40.24 Saturday - Sunday, plus additional attendance payment of £46.50 per case.
Rota Patterns : The shifts pattern are: 9am-5pm, 5pm-1am and 1am-9am, you will also be able to cover days, nights, and weekends.
Main duties of the job
Key Responsibilities:
- 1st point of contact for service users. Support process of an service users and their family visiting the centre, including preparing the patient and assisting in the collecting of forensic evidence.
- Ensuring that a high standard of DNA anticontamination is maintained between forensic cases (cleaning).
- Assisting patients and liaising with other agencies regarding the management of the service user pathway.
- Assisting with preparation, service user support and acting as an advocate during their time at the SARC.
- Be a key player within the SARC team and wider company network.
