Job summary

BMC are looking for an experienced Front-End Developer to join our friendly team of front and back end developers.

Main duties of the job

Role responsibilities Design, develop and maintain new front end web applications using VueJS (using Nuxt), Angular, Tailwind and Bootstrap Work closely with the team in an Agile environment to ensure functionality meets requirements Implement unit tests to ensure products are of the highest quality Support coding standards and best practices

Job description

Job responsibilities

You will be creating new software in VueJS (using Nuxt) and Angular to help our healthcare clients understand their data to improve the outcomes of their patients, as well as maintaining and improving our existing software suite. You will liaise with our project coordinators to understand the needs of our clients, and work with the team to translate those requirements into new product features that delight our users. Benefits

  • Base salary of £35,000-£40,000, depending on experience
  • Remote working is possible
  • Annual bonus scheme - up to 10% of salary extra per year (subject to personal and business performance)
  • 25 days holiday increasing to 28 after 18 months service, plus statutory bank holidays
  • Flexible 8-hour shift around 6 core working hours

    • TypeScript / JavaScript
    • VueJS or Angular2
    • Git
    • HTML and CSS/Sass
    • Highcharts (or similar data visualisation solutions)
    • Ability to solve complex problems
    • Ability to meet project deadlines
    • Self-motivated, able to work independently but likes being part of a team
