Employer: NHS Benchmarking Network
Location: Manchester
Salary: £35,000 to £45,000 pa, depending on skills and experience
About the role
We are seeking an experienced and enthusiastic individual to join the Network team to deliver successful healthcare audits to support local and national quality improvement. A unique opportunity to make a difference, you will work with participants and stakeholders to generate intelligence and insight for a variety of audiences to underpin improvement work, and influence national policy, in the NHS.

With a background in project management in healthcare, you will demonstrate strong organisational, inter-personal and communication skills. Central to the role will be an enthusiasm for working with data to articulate a story to project participants, national policy and clinical leaders and other senior stakeholders.”
Working closely with the analytics and technology teams and drawing on the NHS knowledge and experience of other team members, you will be given responsibility for delivery of a variety of work within the audit sector.
About you
The successful candidate will demonstrate:
- Degree level education with a minimum BA/BSc 2:2
- Experience of working in healthcare/NHS
- Experience of project management (Prince2 desirable)
- Experience of use of data analysis and enthusiasm for using intelligence and insight to support service and quality improvement
- Strong evidence of successful team working
- Evidence of ability to meet project deadlines and targets
- Ability to engage with senior management level clients and stakeholders with credibility
- Ability to present to a large audience with confidence and clarity
- Self-motivation and ability to operate independently.
