Alliance Psychological
Services is an independent provider of counselling and psychological therapy
services based in the Tees Valley area and working across the North East
region.
We are currently
looking to recruit a Graduate Marketing & Development Assistant who will
work with our Quality and Governance Lead and Management Team to implement and oversee Alliances business
development strategy. They will have a focus on developing and maintaining
our digital and online media platform presence, including our website. They
will support Managers in identifying and developing new areas of business to
achieve our strategic goals and vision and to increase business income and
activity. The post holder will work to maintain and develop both new and existing relationships
to promote and market Alliances services.

Main duties of the job
The post holder will work
with our Quality and Governance Lead and Management Team to implement and oversee Alliances business
development strategy. They will have a focus on developing and maintaining our
digital and online media platform presence including our website. They will
support Managers in identifying and developing new areas of business to achieve
our strategic goals and vision and to increase business income and activity.
The post holder will
work to maintain and develop both new and existing relationships to promote and
market Alliances services.
They will support the coordination
of new bids and tenders and assist in other business development activities
within Alliance, working across the North East.

- To work with Service Managers to plan social media activities and updates.
- To collect quantitative and qualitative data from marketing campaigns and assist with capturing and analysing social media metrics.
- To monitor social channels for trending news and ideas and capitalise on those trends through our social media accounts where relevant to Alliance and our sector.
- To support Managers to develop proposals and packages of interventions for existing and new clients and prepare power point presentations.
- To support the development and implementation of strategy, including developing and reviewing Alliances business plan
- To support the development of the public profile of Alliance, and the services we offer.
- To undertake Continuous Professional Development activities to improve own performance as appropriate and attend regular management supervision.
In addition, the Post holder will be required to operate within agreed Alliance and Professional guidelines and codes of practice and to undertake other duties as may be commensurate with the nature, remit and grade of the post.
