Job summary
Your main role will be to lead the nutrition support program for our non invasive weight loss treatment patients.

Main duties of the job
To manage
a caseload of patients and support them in improving their health, nutrition
and wellbeing via remote communication
Provide
motivation to patients, supporting them to set and work towards SMART goals
Develop
and deliver support groups and wellbeing workshops as part of service
development
Use patient dashboards and keep these
up to date
Work as part of the clinical team to
develop the Bariatric service such as updating patient handouts etc.
To commit
to own personal training development

individuals in managing their nutrition and wellbeing
- Provide

accurate information systems, documenting activities and interventions
appropriately and ensure client information is kept up to date
- Use patient dashboards and keep these

- Support the clinical team with Bariatric
surgical patient management such as ward visits and pre operative calls
- To ensure
quality standards are adhered to and met
- To work
in accordance with all policies and procedures of Phoenix Health in particular
health and safety, information governance and safeguarding
- To commit
to own personal training development
- To
undergo regularsupervision and an annual appraisal in line with the Phoenix HR
policies and procedures
