An exciting opportunity has arisen for a well-motivated individual to support
The Greater Manchester Urgent
Primary Care Alliance (GMUPCA).
The GMUPCA is made up of 5 partner organisations and this role will be dedicated principally to the work of the group
(but also to two of its partner organisations, Mastercall Healthcare and
Salford Primary Care Together (SPCT), who require direct support- which also
ensures the role fulls a full time obligation).
This will be a hybrid role with some travel to all sites,
but largely based
at Mastercall Healthcare (Hazel Grove, Stockport) and
Salford Primary Care Together (SPCT), in Eccles, Manchester.
Main duties of the job
The role will encompass the following work split:

Marketing support

Partner organisation Mastercall Healthcare
Marketing support 1 day
You will manage all aspects of marketing. Your line Manager will be
Kay Carter, Marketing & Brand Manager at Mastercall Healthcare.

Job responsibilities
Marketing Strategy
You will lead and be responsible for the delivery
of the marketing strategy for GMUPCA
liaising with all partner organisations. Campaigns will focus on but not
be exclusive to, the promotion of services, innovation, collaboration and
social value. You will also be required to develop a marketing strategy for
SPCT and help deliver the Mastercall strategy. There will be a requirement to
track and assess the success of all campaigns.
Digital Marketing
You will ensure GMUPCA,
SPCT and Mastercall are effectively represented and promoted using all forms of digital marketing
Content Creation
You will create
professional, engaging content
for all websites and social
media that align with the
respective organisations brand and messaging, ensuring content is accurate and
up to date. You must possess a strong attention to detail.
Social Media
Management
You will be required to set up and
maintain social media accounts for GMUPCA, SPCT and Mastercall and establish
new ones where necessary. You will be responsible for maintaining a social
media calendar and scheduling posts to promote the organisations as well as
relevant healthcare related posts.
External & Internal Marketing
The majority of the marketing role will be to market externally, however
you will also be
required to communicate effectively internally across the partnership using appropriate
communication tools, such as email, intranet and face to face meetings. You may
be required to visit all partner organisations on occasion.

- A degree or equivalent qualification in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, Graphic Design or related field.
- Web design, in particular, ability to work with WordPress
Desirable
- Postgraduate qualification in Healthcare Marketing, Health Communication, or related disciplines.
- Certifications in digital marketing (e.g., Google Analytics), or design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite).
Experience
Essential
- Minimum of 1-3years of experience in a marketing related field
- Thorough understanding of digital marketing and platforms
- Social Media management
- Proficient in creative packages (e.g. Adobe Creative Suite)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent copywriting skills
- Strong project management skills
- Excellent time management skills

- Experience of working in healthcare
