CBC Health Federation is seeking proactive and dedicated
Medicines Optimisation Pharmacists to join our dynamic Pharmicus team. This is an
exciting opportunity to play a key role in enhancing the quality of general
practice and improving patient outcomes across the Northeast. We are looking
for individuals who are passionate about supporting GPs and other healthcare
professionals, optimising medication use and ensuring the highest standards of
patient safety.
