Job summary
The Wards at Highgate Private Hospital require a determined, enthusiastic Staff Nurse to join the team.
The post-holder will provide high standards of
nursing care that is safe, cost effective & patient-centred.
Main duties of the job
To succeed as the Staff Nurse, you will:
- ensure
that the highest standard of evidence-based nursing care is delivered to
all patients and their families
- act as patient advocate, ensuring privacy, dignity and confidentiality are
met
- report any issues that are identified by patients or their relatives on a
timely basis
- ensure that all provision of nursing care is documented on a timely basis
and accurately reflects the patient

that all clinical training requirements are fulfilled according to local
requirements and the Aspen framework

ensure personal continuing professional development (CPD) is maintained to
comply with NMC registration, including Revalidation requirements

required timeframes
- To
maintain and demonstrate current awareness regarding developments in nursing
