Job description The Pharmacist Network are a clinical led organisation here to support GPs with the delivery of pharmacist and pharmacy technician services. We support the training, development and workflow management of the pharmacy. We currently have an exciting onsite full-time opportunity available for a highly motivated and focused Clinical Pharmacist. The vacancy to support with the smooth running of day-to-day activities in our general practice. The Role As a Clinical Pharmacist you will confidently act within professional boundaries, supporting and working alongside a team of pharmacists. You will help resolve medication-related issues, help utilise skill mix, improve patient outcomes and ensure better access to healthcare. You will support practice staff with prescription and medication queries. You will be required to work Monday to Friday with a 37.5 hour working week Main duties of the job As a clinical pharmacist you will confidently act within professional boundaries, supporting and working alongside a team of pharmacists and GP's.
