Role Overview:

We are seeking a passionate, driven, and visionary Clinic Manager to lead our Burnley Dialysis Unit in collaboration with the NHS. Key Responsibilities:

Qualifications and Experience: We are looking for someone with:

  • A passion for patient care and the drive to make a meaningful impact.
  • A registered nurse (NMC) qualification.
  • Dialysis experience isn't essential and we are seeking an experienced senior nurse who can lead and manage the team.
  • Proven experience in a managerial role within an acute healthcare setting.
  • In-depth understanding of the Health and Social Care Act 2008 and its importance in independent healthcare settings.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills with a demonstrated ability to inspire and motivate.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and rapport with patients and staff alike.
  • A commitment to continuously raising the bar on patient care and clinical outcomes.
