Job summary
You will work alongside the Finance/Office Manager. The candidate will also provide administrative support across various projects as required.
In this role you will be working to support our UK and international projects, therefore accuracy will be an essential requirement to complete the tasks.
You will need good communication skills with the ability to liaise with all team members as well as customers and suppliers.
Main duties of the job
- Working with the Finance Manager raising invoices, supplier payments, using Quick Books accountancy package.
- Oversee accounts related tasks for UK & International Hospital Trusts/Health Boards
- Preparation for monthly payroll Maintain documentation for pension contributions
- Maintaining Documents in line with ISO recommendations
- Overseeing office operations, including managing office supplies and equipment maintenance
- Support the clinical team with project admin support, workshop bookings and phone lines
- Assisting other members of the admin team as required
- Collaborating with the Director and Programme Manager when necessary
