Main duties of the job

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a forward-thinking, expanding People team and play a pivotal role in supporting our regional operations across the Midlands and Southern England. As Regional HR Business Partner (People Partner), you will act as a strategic and operational partner to senior leaders across multiple sites. Working closely with regional management, site teams, and central support functions, you will lead on people matters across a geographically dispersed workforce. Working Arrangements

  • Full-time (40 hours per week)
  • Home-based, with regular travel to South Network sites (currently Midlands & East / South / South West), Milton Keynes Hub, and our Central Support Centre in Leeds, including overnight stay when required.

  • A full UK driving licence, access to a car, and confidence travelling regularly between sites.
