Job summary
Were excited to be recruiting a proactive, passionate, and people-focused HR Advisor to join our friendly, forward-thinking, and dedicated Central Support Team at OneMedical Group.
The role is fixed term initially for 6 months. However, due to our growth plans, it may continue.
Main duties of the job
This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced HR professional who thrives in a dynamic environment, and who can quickly establish credibility while building trusted, collaborative relationships across all levels of the organisation. You'll play a key role in shaping positive people practices and supporting our teams to deliver exceptional care and services.
Location: This role will require working from our base office at Bank Top Support Centre, Black Hill Rd, Leeds LS21 1PY. However, the role will involve national travel and therefore the successful candidate will require a driving licence and access to a vehicle.
Please note that there is no public transport to our head office where this role would be based, so own transport would be required.

Job responsibilities
The role is responsible for:
- Providing advice on day-to-day HR/ER issues including disciplinary and grievance actions.
- Providing HR support to managers and team leaders on general operational issues such as terms and conditions of service, sickness absence, performance management, and policies and procedures such as maternity.
- Managing ER casework and supporting investigating managers through disciplinary, grievance, and serious incidents.
- Supporting HR managers on key projects and initiatives, whilst assisting in the delivery of compliance and process improvements to positively impact on productivity, wellbeing, retention, engagement and return on investment
- Managing KPI’s, reporting and data analysis.

- CIPD Level 5 qualified or equivalent relevant experience
- Trained internal mediator or willingness to train

- Experience of dealing with HR/people issues (disciplines, grievances, performance management etc)
