Main duties of the job

Are you a strategic thinker with a passion for operational excellence? We are looking for a driven and motivated Network Operations Manager to take charge of our North of England Network, which includes General Practices and Urgent Care Services.

Job responsibilities

What youll do

As our Network Operations Manager, you will be responsible for the overall performance of the services within your network, whilst also taking a lead on local relationships and growth opportunities. As well as being based from one of the North of England services, travel to the sites within the North of England Network will be required.

Lead and Inspire: Manage, coach and mentor local teams, ensuring they have the resources and guidance needed to deliver high-quality patient care.

Drive Service Excellence: Oversee the operational performance of General Practice and urgent care services within the network, meeting contractual obligations and key performance indicators.

Foster Collaboration: Build strong relationships with teams, fostering a culture of Working Together and continuous improvement.

Implement Strategic Initiatives: Work closely with Senior Leaders to roll out new strategies that enhance service delivery and patient outcomes in the Network.

Monitor and Evaluate: Analyse performance data to identify themes and trends, address challenges, and implement solutions that drive efficiency and excellence.
