Main duties of the job

We are seeking a proactive and dynamic Project Delivery Lead to mobilize and implement projects that will transform and strengthen our services across England and Scotland. The successful candidate should have experience, ideally leading successful transformation projects within an NHS organization or a similar setting. You will have a strong background in leading organizational change initiatives, including the mobilization of new services, partnerships, or growth opportunities. The post holder must possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, the ability to create detailed project plans, and the capability to allocate resources effectively. Additionally, strong analytical skills are essential to identify risks, bottlenecks, and opportunities for improvement. While a deep understanding of NHS services, particularly primary and urgent care is not essential, it would be desirable.

Who You Are

  • A Project Management graduate (e.g., PRINCE2 or similar certification)
  • A Project Pro: Experience in project delivery and transformation projects within an NHS organisation or similar (essential); Youve also led organizational change initiatives, including the mobilization of new services, partnerships, or growth opportunities (desirable).

This is a Group wide role and travel is expected to all services across the Group. Your base will be Bank Top Farm, Black Hill Rd, Otley LS21 1PY, with regular travel to services.
