Join OneMedicare as an Apprentice Network Quality Assurance Officer and help ensure our Urgent and Primary Care services deliver safe, effective, and high-quality care across the board.
We have two roles available!
Main duties of the job
As part of our Quality Team, you will work closely with our Service leaders and the Head of Quality to implement and maintain robust quality practices across our services. From planning and conducting audits to supporting continuous improvement initiatives, this is a hands-on, impactful role that will give you real-world experience in the principles of Quality Planning, Quality Assurance, and Quality Improvement.
This is a fixed-term role for 22 months, during which you will be enrolled on the Level 4 Quality Practitioner Apprenticeship. There is potential for this role to become permanent. The position is full-time (40 hours per week) and based at Bank Top Farm, Leeds, LS21 1PY, with travel required nationally and the requirement for some overnight stays.

Key Responsibilities
- Support quality assurance across Urgent and Primary Care services and community services through on-site visits.
- Assist in audits and inspections covering safeguarding, IPC, medicines management, and more.
- Create post-audit reports and support services in implementing improvements.
- Contribute to the development of quality strategies and quarterly performance reporting.
- Help maintain CQC readiness and participate in mock inspections.
- Promote compliance with policies, procedures, and clinical governance standards.
- Collaborate with site leaders and clinical teams to uphold high standards of care.
- Support continuous improvement and problem-solving in service delivery.
- Work towards completing the Level 4 Quality Practitioner Apprenticeship.
