Main duties of the job

Were looking for a proactive and dynamic Project Delivery Lead to mobilise and implement projects that transform and strengthen our services across England and Scotland.

As a leading provider of General Practice and Urgent Care Services, were proud to partner with the NHS to deliver high-quality healthcare to communities across the UK. From mobilising new services to driving organic growth and forging partnerships, we're constantly evolving and we need you to help us make it happen!

This is a Group wide role and travel is expected to all services across the Group. Your base will be Bank Top Farm, Black Hill Rd, Otley LS21 1PY, with regular travel to services.

What you'll do:

In this pivotal role, you'll take charge of mobilising and delivering projects that strengthen our services and create a lasting impact. You will:

  • Lead the Charge: Mobilise newly contracted services, ensuring they're delivered on time, and to the highest standards.
  • Drive Growth: Implement opportunities for organic growth and help turn partnership plans into thriving, successful services.
  • Connect the Dots: Coordinate cross-functional teams, ensuring everyone is aligned and working together seamlessly.
  • Solve Problems: Tackle challenges head-on with creativity, resilience, and a solutions-focused approach.
  • Keep Us on Track: Manage timelines, budgets, and resources, ensuring every project is delivered with precision and care.

  • A Project Pro: You've got experience in project delivery and mobilisation, preferably in a healthcare setting (but not essential!).
  • A Master Organiser: Your to-do lists have to-do lists, and you thrive in a fast-paced, multi-project environment.
