Job summary
OneMedical Group are looking for a (Registered) Nurse with a keen interest in urgent care, to join our team at Co-Located Services covering Shakespeare Walk-in-Centre and LGI in Leeds. This is a new role due to the growth of the service and an enhanced model of care.
This is a part time job. The full-time equivalent for us is 40 hours per week. The shift pattern will be agreed in advance with the line manager. They will be agreed on a rota bases over the 7 days of the week.
Main duties of the job
The successful candidate will be able to assess adult and paediatric patients with undifferentiated undiagnosed problems, providing advice, clinical assessment and signposting, where appropriate, determining their need for immediate medical attention.
The post holder will ensure that, once assessed, patients will be prioritised and will seek care from the most relevant healthcare professional, based on their presentation needs.

The Nurse will report directly to the Clinical Service Manager for professional leadership and, operationally to the Service Coordinator. Theywill work as part of the MDT at the centre, supporting the team, ensuring effective communication and safe management of the patients at all times within their scope of practice.
About Primary Care Co-located Services
Our Co-Located Services are based within the Emergency Departments at Leeds General Infirmary, part of Leeds Teaching Hospitals Trust.
The services are located either in or near to Leeds City Centre, has good public transport links and onsite parking.
