OneMedical Group has grown in Milton Keynes. Since 1st of September 2023, we have been delivering excellent care services to patients and communities across 3 sites in Milton Keynes: Brooklands, Whitehouse and Neath Hill surgeries.Therefore, we are looking at expanding the teams to support the growth.
Consequently, we are hiring dedicated Salaried General Practitioners to work at Whitehouse Surgery & Neath Hill Health Centre, to ensure the safe, effective and compliant delivery of service to all our patients in the area.
Main duties of the job
If you are an experienced GP, or new to your journey and career as a GP, we are looking to hear from you.
Within this role you will be undertaking clinical and administrative sessions, making autonomous decisions in the assessment, diagnosis and treatment of patients.
On a standard day, you will manage patients with complex and long-term health conditions proactively, ensuring we are able to support our patients in staying well.
You will also support the wider MDT by provider expert advice and guidance. You will work alongside a wider multi-Disciplinary Team including: Practices Nurses, ACPs, Wellbeing Advisors, Health Coaches, Physician Associate, and more.

Neath Hill Health Centre: Mondayand Friday, 8 am - 6:30 pm.
Whitehouse Surgery: Monday, Wednesday, Thursdayand Friday. Opening and closing time is8 am - 6:30 pm. However, there is certain flexibility, which can be discussed with the panel during the interview.

- A mix of telephone, face to face and home visit appointments
- Understand the patient population to be able to provide high quality care topatients
- Undertake both planned and urgent primary care as required

Whitehouse Surgery is a state-of-the-art, purpose-built Health Centre, open to all Milton Keynes residents. We are located along the V4, between the H3and H4, with ample parking. Our team offer the highest levels of care, as well as tailoring services to suit patients health and wellbeing needs. Whitehouse Surgery is made up of GPs, Practice Nurses, Health Coaches, Pharmacists, Social Prescribers and Mental Health Workers, with further support from our PCN including First Contact Physiotherapists and Drugs/Alcohol Support in house. Our non-clinician team is made up of our practices Business Manager, Senior Administrator, and Receptionist team, with support from Medical Secretaries and Clinical Coders working in a centralised hub.
Neath Hill Health Centre is a small surgery which operated as a branch of Whitehouse Surgery, even though the two places are almost four miles apart.
