Job summary
Great Western Medical Practice are looking for a forward thinking Patient Navigator/Receptionist, to facilitate and deliver a patient centric experience, supporting all other functions in delivering outstanding patient care, utilising a variety of platforms including front of house (reception), back office support functions and telephone services..
Main duties of the job
Receptionists/Patient Navigators are the first point of contact for our patients and visitors. Utilising your reception training (provided in house) you will receive, assist and direct patients in accessing the appropriate service or healthcare professional in a courteous, efficient and effective way.
The successful candidate will provide general assistance to the clinical team and project a positive and friendly image to patients and other visitors, either in person or via the telephone.
