Main duties of the job

As an experienced RN you will provide a high profile, visible clinical leadership to the nursing team at Badby Park. You will promote and safeguard the wellbeing and interests of all service users, employees and visitors. You will ensure that standards of resident care are always maintained within the parameters of operational policies and governing legislation, working 37.5 hours per week, recognising the need for flexible hours to meet the needs of the service. As you work alongside the Badby Park team, you will provide exceptional support to four units providing specialist care and rehabilitation with a wide range of neurological needs. You will be working in an environment where there is an emphasis on teamwork. You will provide operational leadership in the delivery of highest quality nursing services. No two days are the same, with plenty to keep you engaged and motivated, but also a good amount of routine. About us

Location: Badby Road West, Daventry, Northamptonshire, NN11 4NH You will be working alongside the clinical teams at Badby Park to care for people with neurological conditions, acquired brain injuries and spinal cord injuries, often in conjunction with complex physical health needs. You will deliver truly person-centred care where each individual is at the heart of everything you do, at this specialist inpatient neurological rehabilitation and complex care service which boasts extensive facilities that cater for specific needs of the residents. Set in acres of stunning countryside on the outskirts of Daventry, Badby Park is a grand manor house steeped in history with stunning views, excellent facilities and a tranquil setting. Good road links makes it easily commutable from Daventry, Rugby, Northampton and Banbury.
