Job summary

Mental Health Practitioner/Therapist CSE Services Bedford Salary: Up to £38,907 per annum dependent on experience Permanent: Full time 40 hours per week, part time considered Location: Covering a number of small residential homes and one school in the Bedford area (all within 45mins drive approx. of central Bedford).

Main duties of the job

You will be providing a therapeutic service to young people within our specialist CSE residential and education settings by assessing and identifying their strengths and needs and delivering evidence based individual therapeutic interventions. In addition, a key part of the role is providing consultation and training to the staff teams and, dependant on your experience you may be required to supervise other Mental Health Practitioners and Assistants. You will receive regular clinical supervision and CPD opportunities.
