Job summary

Theres lots of variety. And youll need to be able to provide a therapeutic service to young people placed within community residential settings. Offering lots of autonomy, your role will involve assessing and identifying the needs to our young people and staff by meeting them through consultation/training and reflective practice.
Main duties of the job
Supporting our teams across the residential homes, youll spend most of your time out in the field, providing specialist assessments of children and young people within the residential setting. So, you will formulate and implement plans of therapeutic intervention/management of our children and young peoples presentations to embed a trauma-informed approaches and psychological understanding the difficulties within the current evidence-based practice this will be in conjunction with the wider MDT.
