The Role

As aRegistered Mental Health Nurse (RMN), youll play a vital role in delivering high-quality, person-centred care in a dynamic and rewarding setting. Your work will be instrumental in supporting women with complex mental health conditions, helping them regain control of their lives.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Conducting comprehensive assessments and developing tailored care plans
• Delivering exceptional nursing care to patients with diverse and complex mental health needs
• Collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to ensure holistic, patient-led support
• Leading interventions, managing crisis situations, and implementing recovery-focused strategies
• Advocating for patients, promoting their rights, and ensuring a high standard of dignity and care
• Maintaining accurate records in line with professional and legal requirements
• Providing mentorship and support to healthcare assistants and junior staff
