Main duties of the job
This position is designed for a senior-level carer who possesses a deep understanding of neurological care, a wealth of experience, and a commitment to sharing best practices to support the professional development of fellow caregivers. Supporting other carers to provide care to our residents in accordance with their individual care plans, under the guidance and supervision of the Nurse in Charge and management team. You will be responsible for supporting carers to provide residents with exceptional service in their daily activities, assisting residents with meals and helping resident to feel clean and comfortable. - Conduct sessions and workshops to enhance the skills and knowledge of
carers, with a focus on neurological care policy and procedures.
- Collaborate with
management to identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to
enhance the overall quality of neurological care.
- Stay informed about
industry trends, regulations, and advancements in neurological care to ensure
the caregiving team remains up-to-date.
- Working closely with the core training trainers to enhance delivery and
support a cascaded learning approach to best practice.
