Due to the growth of our services we are looking for Ophthalmologists, who also have experience in Paediatrics, to join us across the UK in our CHEC Hospitals and Community Centres.

Main duties of the job

What will I be doing as an Ophthalmologist? The post holder will be required to perform a range of ophthalmology appointments on patients referred to CHEC and provide supervision of the provision of community ophthalmology services delivered by healthcare professionals, working in accordance with CHEC treatment protocols and working practices. Day to day, the post holder will deliver high quality clinical care to patients attending the community ophthalmology service.

To be successful in this role To continue with our support for the NHS, we are looking for experienced general ophthalmologists of all grades to undertake consultation clinics and/or ophthalmic surgeries across the range of services we offer. Applicants will be expected to have an excellent clinical quality record and be able to demonstrate the ability to perform efficiently independently in clinics/theatre.
