Working alongside the Regional Lead Clinical Educator, youll play a key role in identifying training needs and supporting the planning, delivery, and evaluation of educational sessions for new team members and existing staff across the organisation.
Youll play a vital role in ensuring high-quality learning experiences that equip our clinical team to thrive in a fast-paced and evolving healthcare environment.

Provide support on inductions and training programmes.
Deliver CHEC clinical induction process.
Support and facilitates the development of clinical practice mentors; provides supervision and support structures.

Be responsible for the facilitation and delivery of mandatory and departmental education and training.

- Confident in supporting and guiding individuals with different levels of understanding.
- Confident in helping new team members settle into the clinical environment.
- Experience of partnership working across organisational boundaries and collaboration with other professionals.
- Ability to work flexibly and effectively within a team.
- Ability to travel to and work across multiple sites.
- Passion for high quality patient safety and care
- Positive attitude to working in a growing, changing organisation.
- Proficient IT skills including the use of Microsoft office: Word, Excel, and Power-point.
