We have an exciting opportunity for a Referral Hub Manager to join us as we continue to expand throughout the UK.

Main duties of the job

We are looking for someone who can: Ensure the smooth running of the Referral Bookings team. Ensure tasks are being monitored and processed efficiently. Ensure our services are set up appropriately on SystmOne/ERS to ensure referrals can be received. Review referral data and escalate concerns appropriately. Work alongside the quality team investigate incidents and complaints relating to Referral and Bookings Improve service quality by evaluating systems and devising new processes as appropriate.
