We are looking for someone who can. Plan and coordinate a wide range of events Research and select suitable venues, vendors, and service providers. Develop and manage event budgets, ensuring that events are delivered within budget. Coordinate all logistical aspects of events, including transportation, accommodation, catering, and equipment rental. Coordinate with speakers, sponsors, and other stakeholders to ensure their participation in events. Ensuring all CPD sessions are registered and that qualifying attendees are able to collect their CPD points Work with Marketing to promote events through social media, email marketing, and other channels. Attend events and manage on-site logistics, including set-up, registration, and troubleshooting. Ensuring events plans are kept up to date, using a project management tool

  • Proven experience in event planning and management
  • Strong organisational and project management skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Experience of exhibiting at large industry events
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and event management software.
  • Availability to work evenings and weekends as required.
