The NHS Partnership Executive is responsible for maintaining, developing, and building relationships with our primary care referrers and system stakeholders to contribute to our growth.
Youll be a key ambassador for CHEC in your region. Ideally, we are looking for enthusiastic individuals with some previous key account, business development management or sales experience.
In this role, you will be mostly field based, meeting and building relationships with primary care practitioners and the local communities CHEC serve. The Partnership Executive will work in closely with the local CHEC hospital(s), maintaining internal relationships and leveraging opportunities.
Main duties of the job
Plan and prioritise effectively with impeccable communication skills to build relationships with primary stakeholders.
Adopt a brand ambassadorial approach with all existing and prospective partners across your region by building strong and long-lasting relations.
Promote CHEC services, benefits, facilities, and new service developments to stakeholders.
Confidently present and promote CHEC services at both corporate and bespoke events.
Adopt agile thinking in building strong relationships with influencing decision makers across your designated region.
Bring a target-focussed approach, best practice and contribute innovative ideas to the wider department to increase organisational growth.
