Job summary

Customer Relations Manager

Full time- 37.5 hours per week

£45,318-£50,115 per annum (plus bonus) based on skills and experience.

Permanent

Hybrid working - Head Office (Stockport) and home working, with travel across the North West and Yorkshire

Main duties of the job

We have a new and exciting opportunity for a Customer Relations Manager to join our friendly and professional team. The role is hybrid and is based from Stockport with travel across our services in the Northwest and Yorkshire.

About you

Have successful prior experience of a business development / relationship management role .

Previous experience of working with a CRM system.

Ability to effectively develop, manage and leverage relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

Solid understanding of business development systems and processes.

Ideally have experience in a health and/or social care environment but this is not essential.

Have access to a vehicle for work purposes with the ability to travel to the sites within the Care in Mind portfolio

Care in Mind provide residential services for young people aged 16-30 years old. The young people we care for often require a high level of support to assist with difficulties they may have from self-harming, behaviour, and emotional difficulties. Our aim is to support the young people using a therapeutic approach to help them achieve their individual goals, in preparation for transition to adult life.

Have a lead role in the generation of referrals into the service.

Support market and competitor mapping to understand and monitor the landscape to ensure Care in Mind maintains an advantage and to identify market gaps.

Supporting the clinical and residential MDTs in management of placement commissioning issues and business defence.

Support development and implementation of departmental activity reports by ensuring that all information on the CRM system is accurate and complete.
