Job summary
Residential Services Manager
Hybrid- Stockport and home based with travel throughout the North West & Yorkshire
Full Time 37.5 hours per week
£43,160.73-£47,742,21 per annum dependent on skills and experience
Main duties of the job
Essential requirements of a Residential Services Manager
- Professional qualification in either health or social care
- Full, clean, UK Driving Licence & access to a vehicle for work purposes
- Ability and willingness to travel to other sites as required
- An excellent understanding of mental health and CQC registration
- Previous people management experience
- Experience of improving service performance and maintaining that performance within a rapidly changing environment
- Team management skills to lead and inspire a motivated and skilled team that consistently delivers or exceeds on its individual and team goals.
- IT literate with experience of working with Microsoft office applications.

Care in Mind provide residential services for young people aged 16-30 years old. The young people we care for often require a high level of support to assist with difficulties they may have from self-harming, behaviour, and emotional difficulties. Our aim is to support the young people using a therapeutic approach to help them achieve their individual goals, in preparation for transition to adult life. At Care in Mind our homes are always a hub of activity and energy where the young people can feel safe, and our staff enjoy coming to work.
