Associate Network Lead (Neurodevelopment)

Job summary

The Associate Network Lead provides clinical expertise, knowledge of Healios pathways, products, systems and processes and quality oversight to ND Associate Clinicians and may hold a clinical caseload alongside these duties.

Main duties of the job

The expectations of the role will be dynamic, and are expected to include:

  • Clinical Point of Contact for Associate Clinicians

  • Delivery of treatment and or assessment casework, sometimes at short notice, to ensure your familiarity with Healios pathways, products, systems and processes

  • Quality review of Associate Clinicians throughout the on boarding process

  • Continuous quality spot checks of Associate clinicians cases

  • Treatment and or Assessment Report revisions, finalisation, compliance with Knowledge Centre criteria, publishing and case closure

  • Following up clinical enquiries, risk and safeguarding concerns after the initial report

  • Case coordination where the Associate Clinician delivery forms part of a pathway

  • Hosting and facilitating future MDTs

  • Client feedback calls

  • Signing off invoices for quality and MDT attendance

  • Monitoring Tableau for clinical exceptions and following escalation process

The role

What you need to have

  • Clinical Qualification - RMN, RNLD, Psychology (Clinical, Counselling or Forensic), Speech and Language Therapy, Occupational Therapy

  • Valid registration with the NMC or HCPC

  • Demonstrable experience delivering ADHD assessments for both Children and Adults. Ideally you will have experience delivering Autism Assessments also

  • Experience of overseeing clinical performance

  • Experience of overseeing clinical quality and adhere to standards and processes

  • Experience of KPI monitoring and reporting

  • Demonstrable organisation and planning competencies

  • Advanced soft skills and interpersonal skills; the ability to give feedback well, exercise neutrality and be responsive to Associates needs

  • A mindset that is flexible, open to challenge and can effectively challenge others to think and operate differently. Being solutions focussed is a must

  • Collaboration with a wide range of stakeholders within Healios

  • Able to work under pressure to meet key performance indicators and organisational objectives

  • Have a professional home working environment
