About the Role
As an experienced Human Resources Specialist, you will report to one of the Chief HR Officers as their site trusted ER advisor, to coach the sites leaders and colleagues, who are situated across 2 of our main hospitals. You will bring your expertise in employee relations to provide professional, proactive, and solutions-focused support, consistent HR practices, compliant work environment where employees feel valued, supported, and empowered to deliver their best.
Main duties of the job
Identify trends or emerging issues in the workforce, proposing solutions to improve the employee experience.
Partner with legal advisors where necessary to ensure compliance and effective resolution of complex cases.
