Location:35 Weymouth St, London W1G 8BJ

Hours: Full Time: 37.5 hours per week. Monday Saturday, earlies, lates and long days

Contract Type:Permanent

Salary:Competitive dependent on skills & experience & 4% shift enhancement.

Golden Hello:We are offering a one-off Golden Hello payment (10% of base salary).

We are delighted to present an exciting opportunity for a Senior Cardiac Theatre Practitioner to join our team of highly skilled Theatre Practitioners at The Harley Street Clinic, currently rated 'Outstanding' by the CQC.

Job Description:

• As a Senior Theatre Practitioner, you'll support individuals and teams to deliver safe, high quality and effective patient care that is responsive to the needs of our patients.
• You will have an impressive level of knowledge with the ability to lead a theatre team and will have a minimum of 3 years experience working in the theatre setting.
• You will be an experienced cardiac scrub that can perform Mini invasive cardiac cases and open cases and TAVIs and PCIs.

What youll bring:

• Current HCPC/NMC Registration

• Minimum 3 years experience working in Operating Theatres specialising in Cardiac.

• Able to perform Mini invasive cardiac cases and open cases, TAVIs and PCIs

• Excellent communication and leadership skills

• Self-motivated and confident to lead /support the theatre team.

• Able to deputise when other staff are absent, undertake audits & other senior duties.

Qualifications

Essential

• Diploma of higher education in Nursing or a Degree in operating department practice.
• HCPC/NMC Registration
