Hours: Full time:37.5 hours per week

Shift times:Monday -Friday

We are recruiting for a Ward Manager - Surgical to join our Nursing team at the London Bridge Hospital, Private Care @ Guys, currently rated Outstanding by the CQC

Main duties of the job

As an experienced Ward Manager- Surgical . You will be a highly visible role model providing professional and clinical leadership to a team of experienced and junior nurses. The role requires an individual who is consistently supportive to promote exceptional teamwork and who will be able to nurture a positive culture.

You will possess excellent communication skills, and an ability to work as a team member.

This role leads and implements change within the department and encourages one HCA working across our group of hospitals.
