Main duties of the job
Reporting to the Theatre
Manager, you will lead a team of Anaesthetic practitioners working closely with
scrub and recovery colleagues. You will have a strong knowledge and experience
in operating theatres with an excellent understanding of the perioperative
needs of patients, and a wide knowledge of peri-operative nursing practices and
procedures. You must be organised, have excellent interpersonal and
communication skills with experience of supervising a multi-disciplinary team
providing the highest standard of patient care across a varied caseload.

- Recent experience in theatre nursing
- 18 months working within a similar autonomous role is desirable.
- An aptitude for clinical and operative practice
