Job summary
Yorkshire Health Network (YHN) is looking for a Primary Care Network (PCN) Operations Manager for a period of 12 months.
Main duties of the job
The PCN Operations Manager will provide operational support to the PCN Manager and line management to Additional Roles Reimbursement Scheme (ARRS) staff who are employed by YHN to work for the 4 PCNs. This role will be supported and overseen by the PCN Manager.

Job responsibilities
- Provide line management to a team of ARRS staff including all aspects of appraisal, absence management, performance management and CPD with support from the YHN management team.
- Provide operational support to the PCN Manager in the delivery of day to day activities for all aspects of PCN work as required for delivery of the Network Direct Enhanced Service Contract including: recruitment, contract management, stakeholder meetings and PCN finance.
- Support the development of business cases and planning for new projects.
- Support with service submissions and reports on behalf of the PCN's.
- Attend meetings with practices, the PCN Manager and Clinical Directors as required and directed.
- Deputise for the PCN Manager at PCN Board meetings as required to cover annual leave.

- Literate and a good all-round communicator across a range of mediums including email, telephone, MS Teams and in person.
- Ability to interpret data including budget and contract information.

- Knowledge and experience of working in primary or secondary care.
