You will play a key role in supporting our radiology service, where urgent scans are prioritised, queries get answered and accuracy is never compromised.

Main duties of the job

Deliver comprehensive administrative support to our network of teleradiologists, ensuring smooth and efficient workflows.

Act as a liaison between teleradiologists and entity technologists/clerical teams, expertly managing queries.

Ensure all urgent examinations are available to our teleradiologists to be reported within the required time frames.

Provide frontline support and troubleshooting for radiology information and reporting systems, enabling teleradiologists to focus on delivering high-quality care.

Collaborate as part of a committed team dedicated to service excellence and a positive patient experience.

Maintain the highest standards of confidentiality regarding patient records and sensitive professional or commercial information.

Provide full administrative support to our network of teleradiologists.
