We are seeking a Technical Quality Manager to support and ensure our continued compliance with quality standards and the implementation of robust technical quality systems.
Main duties of the job
The ideal candidate will possess expert knowledge in technical quality systems such as measurement of uncertainty (MU), validation, and verification processes, and will drive quality initiatives to maintain accreditation and regulatory standards, including ISO 15189 and GxP.

To sponsor and drive the companys technical quality system functions (QMS) by supporting
verification, validation, and technical quality processes.
To administer and support the quality management activities within Sonic Healthcare UK services
in accordance with applicable accreditation or regulatory requirements. (GxP, ISO series, UKAS
technical guidance documents)
To support the HSL/TDL QMG team meetings with updates on compliance of services to the
technical quality procedures and processes.
1. To assist in the support and maintenance of the change control and qualification systems across the
organisation- including general structural and IT changes. This includes:
Working with the Head of technical quality to ensure that these systems are robust, reliable and
auditable.
Conducting internal audits to assess ongoing compliance with technical quality procedures across
the organisation.
Advising users on approaches to manage change and qualification activities within the
organisation.
Supporting change and qualification management within the organisation
Management of queries via the technical quality helpdesk.
2. To support in preparation and review of technical quality systems processes and procedures
including but not limited to measurement uncertainty evaluations, comparative analysis, precision
analysis, and linearity analysis within the organisation.
3. To support, review and assist with statistical analysis of measurement procedures under scope of
qualification within the organisation.
4. To deliver training to staff in technical quality systems processes and procedures.
