Job summary
We are recruiting a data analyst for 24 hours per week,reporting to the Finance Manager & CEO. The ideal candidate will demonstrate excellent analytical
skills, organisational skills, and attention to detail. You will possess strong
knowledge of excel and data reporting. You will need to be patient, thoughtful
and a fast learner.
In your role, you will predominantly gather, input and
adjust coded clinical data held in our patient records to ensure that the
digital health record is accurate and complete. You will work closely with our
Finance Manager and team to maintain and improve the data held in our
Electronic Health Record system (EMIS). Previous of working with NHS data is essential,
EMIS experience desirable but not essential, (as full training will be
provided).
Main duties of the job

To assist in
the receipt, input and validation of complex data sets from our Electronic
Health Record System.
To participate
in the analysis and interpretation of results of data analysis, e.g. reports,
charts, maps, pivot tables etc.
Adhere strict
reporting deadlines
identifying
potential and actual data problems
to support the
submission of statutory returns.
To support the
senior team members in, contract and performance monitoring.
Any other
ad-hoc duties required to meet the needs of the service.
