Job summary
Were thrilled to announce a rare opening for Support Workers at The Lighthouse in Lancashire. The Lighthouse is a 4 bedded child and adolescent mental health unit based in Darwen, Lancashire. The service is an independent hospital delivered by Associated Wellbeing. The service aims to provide step-down from child and adolescent mental health inpatient units. The Lighthouse is in a privileged position to have its own inhouse multi-disciplinary team made up of Nurses, Clinical Psychologist, Consultant Psychiatrist and Registered Social Worker. Main duties of the job
What we want from you
You must either have or be working towards an NVQ level 3 qualification.
You should ideally have some previous experience in working with children and young people.
A passion for working with children and young people, and working collaboratively to improve their lives.
To be a team player, as working successfully as part of a team is important to the success of this role.
Commitment to upholding the highest standards of care, professionalism and ethical conduct.
