As part of the role, you'll be responsible for greeting patients, handling administrative tasks, and providing support across various departments, including the Reception and Outpatients Departments. Main duties of the job

Role Responsibilities include:

As a Customer Service Administrator, you will:

  • Welcome all patients, and visitors, to the Centre and provide direction to relevant departments.
  • Respond appropriately to telephone and email enquiries.
  • Ensure that patient correspondence is dealt with appropriately and in accordance with service quality standards including GDPR.
  • Manage patient appointments, ensuring patient records are accurate.
