You will devise and deliver a clear communications plan ensuring that all stakeholders, across a multi-site organisation, stay informed and engaged. You will collaborate with the wider marketing team to ensure both internal and external messages are consistent and aligned.

This role is for 22.5 hours per week working 3 days between Monday and Friday. 

Main duties of the job

As a Communications Executive you will:

  • Develop and implement the communications plan for the year ahead, ensuring key messages, business updates, new initiatives and awareness events are scheduled to maximise effectiveness, visibility, and impact.
  • Ensure the timely and consistent cascade of communications across the business.
  • Work with teams from across the hospital to promote new and existing initiatives, and the One Team ethos.
  • Work with the HR Department to promote staff engagement, employee wellbeing initiatives, training and development and employer branding.
  • Work with the Business Development team to promote KIMS Hospital services and drive new business and referrals.
