Job summary

KIMS Hospital is the largest independent hospital in Kent and we are recruiting.   We have an exciting opportunity for a caring and dynamic Care Support Worker to join our Outpatient Department.

Our Sevenoaks Medical Centre team consists of Nurses, Care Support Workers, Radiographers, Physical Therapists and administrators to provide outpatient and diagnostic services to the local community across to a full range of clinical specialties, including orthopaedics, dermatology, urology, gynaecology, gastroenterology and more.

Main duties of the job

  • Maintain accurate records of patient care.
  • Supporting patients throughout their appointment by offering reassurance.
  • Treating patients at all times with respect and maintaining their privacy and dignity.
  • Treatment Room duties including- ECG, Phlebotomy, Dressings and assisting with minor ops.
  • Chaperoning consultants working within various specialities.

Contract: Permanent, 37.5 hours per week

Salary: Competitive Salary, in line with agenda for change

Shift Times: Shift rotation between the hours of 07.30-20.30
