Job summary

KIMS Hospital is the largest independent hospital in Kent and we are recruiting.   We have an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic administrator to assist in providing system support to all staff at KIMS Hospital whilst working in our Finance Department as a System Support Administrator.  Knowledge of Compucare is not essential as training will be provided.

Main duties of the job

  • To provide 1st line support for Compucare queries across all sites
  • Provide admin support to the Compucare Support Board (CSB) preparing agendas, taking minutes etc
  • Administer the Compucare Support mailbox and respond to telephone queries in a timely manner
  • Assist with Compucare training events
  • Increase revenue capture by correcting Outpatient coding/billing issues where appropriate
  • Setting up and maintaining user profiles
  • Help coordinate system upgrades and testing, escalate issues to system developers where required

Contract: Permanent

Hours:  37.5 hours per week, working Monday to Friday, flexible hours between 8.00am-5.00pm

Salary starting from £23,000 per annum, dependant on experience

Location: Maidstone (occasional travel to other sites will be required)
