Main duties of the job

Role Overview: As a HR Employee Relations Advisor, you will be an integral part of our HR team, focusing on managing employee relations and ensuring a positive work environment. This temporary role offers a fantastic opportunity to contribute to key HR functions, support our staff, and uphold our commitment to excellent employee relations.

You will build and maintain collaborative and productive working relationships with Managers, Employees and HR colleagues, offering professional and practical advice and guidance regarding operational HR matters.

Ideally you should have:

  • a CIPD Qualification to level 5 or above.
  • proven experience in providing professional, pro-active HR advice and guidance.
  • strong communication and influencing skills with experience of coaching, guiding and supporting managers.
  • good prioritisation skills and able to meet deadlines.
  • strong IT skills, with experience of developing systems.
