Shropdoc is looking for a dedicated HR professional to help us continue delivering exceptional healthcare
services. This position plays a crucial role in ensuring we comply with
regulatory requirements, employment law and best practice. It is an exciting
time to join Shropdoc, the successful candidate will be working
closely with the Head of HR and the HR team, where your experience will be
making a real organisational difference.
Job Details:The successful candidate will be responsible
for developing, implementing, and monitoring compliance programs to mitigate
regulatory risks and enhance operational effectiveness. This role requires
strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to collaborate
with cross-functional teams. You will be
involved with the onboarding of GPs under the IR35 Regulations as well as
supporting the Head of HR with updating systems and reporting.
The Person: You will be able to initiate and facilitate
change in a positive way, whilst operating in an environment where projects may
be complex. You will be innovative,
collaborative, have a can-do attitude, will be able to naturally build good
working relationships with the workforce. You can demonstrate knowledge and
understanding of operating within a regulatory framework. You will have good
experience of robust recruitment processes and be able to hold staff
accountable to robust recruitment processes.
Main duties of the job
Essentially you will have:
- a CIPD Qualification to level 5 or above.
- proven experience developing and implement compliance
programs and controls.
- strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- experience of recruitment and onboarding.
- strong IT skills, with experience of developing and
implementing systems.
- some understanding of IR35 Regulations.
- able to demonstrate good employee relations experience.

Department.

Pensions and the HR Business Partner in the implementation of a People
Strategy, and act as a pivotal HR advisory point of contact for Managers and
Employees.
