Main duties of the job
To provide administrative support to the Business Managers and
general office duties in relation to development of services and support West
Cambs Federation and all six PCNs.

Job responsibilities
- Work on ad-hoc / specific projects as directed by the Senior Management Team
- Assist with financial contract claims
- Assist with keeping the PCN websites up to date
- Working collaboratively with the other team members to maintain an efficient service in the Admin Hub, answering the main office telephone and directing the calls to the correct people.
- Liaise with partner organisations across the health sector
- Prepare and type reports and associated papers as directed by the Senior Management Team (e.g. for internal and external meetings, presentations, reviews etc.)
- Working independently, be able to work under pressure and exercise initiative to organise their own workload within the constraints of defined deadlines and changing priorities.
- Gathering data from a variety of sources, produce reports, analysis and recommendations for decision making, circulating regular and ad hoc reports in order to support service improvement and delivery of key outcomes.
- Developing a successful working relationships with Directors, Senior Managers, external agencies and key stakeholders, requiring tact, discretion, excellent communication skills, independent judgement and initiative to achieve the desired outcome, is an important feature of the role.
- Respond to new demands in the role and build those responses into sustainable systems and activities.
- Supporting/organising and minuting meetings
- In liaison with the Service Manager for Enhanced Services provide a monthly breakdown of member usage of services and distribute.
