Job summary

The Domestic Team Lead is responsible for the day to day supervision of the Community Domestic Services staff and ensures the highest standard of service at all times. The post holder will also be responsible for monitoring quality standards, reporting deficiencies and taking appropriate action.

You will be expected to deputise for the Domestic Manager in his/her absence, acting as the point of contact in such circumstances for any problems or queries to maintain the service and the smooth running of the day to day upkeep and cleanliness of the clinical and non-clinical areas across the Atlas footprint.

Car ownership and clean driving license is essential. as you will required to travel round various sites on the Fylde coast.

Please be aware that with this role you may require a Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS), further information will be provide if you are successful for interview.

Main duties of the job

We are looking for someone who holds a GCSE in Maths and English (at Grade C or equivalent) and it is essential that you have previous experience in a supervisory role.

It is advantageous that you have completed furthertraining and qualifications such as an NVQ in Cleaning or that you are BICSc trained - though this is not essential.

The role requires someone who is honest, reliable and able to communicate effectively with all.
